Although Microsoft Flow / Logic Apps support is available as a separate subscription (Muhimbi PDF Converter Services Online), all customers of the Muhimbi PDF Converter for SharePoint Online get access at no additional cost.
To associate an existing Muhimbi PDF Converter for SharePoint Online subscription with a new Muhimbi PDF Converter Services Online subscription, follow these steps:
- Create a Flow / Logic App as normal. The first time you add any of the 'Muhimbi' actions you will be asked to either log-in or register (choose the registration option). Alternatively you can register here.
- Fill out the blanks and make sure the Tenancy ID of your SharePoint Online environment (the one associated with your existing Muhimbi subscription) is entered in the appropriate field. For details about how to determine your Tenant ID, see this Knowledge Base article.
- Once the form has been filled out, an email will be sent to the person who is set up as the owner of the Muhimbi PDF Converter for SharePoint Online subscription (This person was designated when the subscription was first purchased). The owner will need to click the link in the email to approve the request.
- Once confirmed by the owner, an email will be sent to the address specified in step #2 above. This email also contains the API key that can be used when integrating with our API directly. Store it somewhere safe.
Before registering, please put some thought into the name / email address to use when filling out the form. We suggest using a generic name (e.g. MuhimbiAPI@yourorganisation.com). Please make sure this address can receive email and that the appropriate people have access to the emails.
Please keep in mind that any operations carried out via Microsoft Flow, Logic Apps or our API will count towards the monthly allotment of your existing subscription.
