Problems logging in to PDF Converter Services Online?

When connecting to the Muhimbi PDF Converter Services Online using third party environments, e.g. Microsoft Flow or Azure Logic Apps, you will be asked to authenticate.

If you experience problems while authenticating, please check the following:

  1. Do not attempt to log in using your Office 365 or Azure account as those accounts are intended for use in Microsoft's systems. Our software does not recognise those credentials.
     
  2. You may have created an account on the main Muhimbi website (www.muhimbi.com). Please do not use this account as it is for placing orders only, and not tied-in with the PDF Converter Services Online system.
     
  3. Similarly, you may have created an account on Muhimbi's support website (support.muhimbi.com). Please do not use this account as it is for support purposes only, and not tied-in with the PDF Converter Services Online system.

We understand that in a perfect world there would only be a single account for all systems. Unfortunately, for various very good reasons, you need to create a separate account.

If you have never created an account for the Muhimbi PDF Converter Services Online, then please use the appropriate button on the (Flow) login screen to create a new account and associated subscription. Alternatively, click here to create a new subscription. 

While creating a new account - if applicable - you can link the account to an existing Muhimbi PDF Converter for SharePoint Online subscription.
